RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT
Detachment_Result,
Plaintiff,
v.
SnekkyYT,
Defendant.
MOTION FOR DEFAULT
JUDGEMENT
Case No.: RSC-CV-3963
INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff moves for the court to grant default judgement in favor of the Plaintiff.
ARGUMENT
The defendant has failed to respond to the Civil Complaint within 5 days of the
filing of the complaint. Furthermore, the defendant has ignored the civil summons,
failing to appear without any motions. Rid. R. Civ. P. 37 allows for the Plaintiff to
motion for default judgement when the Defendant has failed to plead or otherwise
defend themself.
CONCLUSION
Plaintiff therefore requests the court grant default judgement in favor of the
Plaintiff for the monetary amount of $5,000, as requested in its Civil Complaint, to
be paid in a manner determined by the court.
