CIVIL COMPLAINT

Plaintiff MrDonaldJTremp (“Plaintiff”) seeking all available relief, in their complaint
against Defendant AlexanderLuthorJr (“Defendant”) alleges the following:
INTRODUCTION
1. On or around July 11th, 2025, plaintiff MrDonaldJTremp was mowing the grass on
his property located at 4300 Majellan Way in Sterling Heights.
2. Plaintiff MrDonaldJTremp hopped off his lawnmower for a quick break when
defendant AlexanderLuthorJr struck plaintiff with his vehicle.
3. Defendant AlexanderLuthorJr proceeded to exit his vehicle and fire multiple shots
at plaintiff, fatally striking plaintiff and thus resulting in the plaintiff losing his
life.
4. Following this, defendant AlexanderLuthorJr re-entered his vehicle but was
immobilized due to a glitch with the vehicle’s tires.
5. Defendant AlexanderLuthorJr proceeded to exit his vehicle again and destroy
plaintiff’s vehicle by shooting it repeatedly, consequently causing it to blow up.
6. Defendant AlexanderLuthorJr then proceeded to flee the scene of the incident.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. This court has original jurisdiction over “all civil and criminal cases or
controversies." Rid. Const. art. 5, § 4
2. Venue is proper in this court because the actions and omissions alleged in
this complaint took place in the State of Ridgeway.
PARTIES
1. Plaintiff MrDonaldJTremp is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway
.
2. Defendant AlexanderLuthorJr is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
Battery - 1 R. Stat. § 3102
1. All prior paragraphs in this complaint are incorporated as if they were fully set
forth herein.
2. Defendant, acting without justification or consent, harmed the plaintiff by striking
him in a vehicle while plaintiff was on the sidewalk, before getting out and
opening fire on plaintiff which caused severe injury, thereby constituting battery in
violation of 1 R. Stat. § 3102.
SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION
Wrongful Death - 1 R. Stat. § 3109
3. All prior paragraphs in this complaint are incorporated as if they were fully set
forth herein.
4. Defendant, acting without justification or consent, caused the wrongful death of
plaintiff when he struck plaintiff with his motor vehicle before getting out and
shooting plaintiff until plaintiff was deceased, thereby constituting battery in
violation of 1 R. Stat. § 3102.
RELIEF
5. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that the court enter judgment in their favor and
against Defendant as follows:
A. Declaring defendant liable for battery and Wrongful Death
B. Award compensatory damages to plaintiff for an amount to be determined at
trial;
C. Awarding punitive damages to plaintiff not to exceed the statutory amount
D. Such further relief as the court deems just and proper.
