COMES NOW, I BellaRevelation and Tobyrulles4568, on behalf of the State of
Ridgeway, hereby allege and charge the Defendant AsgerErHandicap with the following
offences:
COUNT ONE: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm – 5 R.S.C § 01
OFFENCE TYPE: Felony
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about July 9, 2025, the Defendant did knowingly possess five
(5) Stetson M2-As and forty-two (42) boxes of 5.56 ammunition, without being a holder of a
valid Ridgeway Firearm License Identification (RFLID), in violation of Ridgeway state law.
COUNT TWO: Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell – 5 R.S.C § 02
OFFENCE TYPE: Felony
ALLEDGED CONDUCT: On or about July 9, 2025, the Defendant did unlawfully possess ten
(10) or more firearms or boxes of ammunition, to wit: five (5) Stetson M2-As and forty-two (42)
boxes of 5.56 ammunition, which he was not lawfully authorized to possess, indicating intent to
sell.
