CIVIL ACTION
COMPLAINT
Plaintiff Detachment_Result (“Plaintiff”), by and through the undersigned counsel,
seeking all available relief, in their complaint against Defendant chromefits
(“Defendant”), alleges the following:
INTRODUCTION
1. On July 9th, 2025, Plaintiff had parked their vehicle in front of the RCU
Corporate Security building and exited their vehicle, walking towards the entrance.
2. Plaintiff had attempted to go on duty as an RCU security officer when they
observed the Defendant in the middle of the street.
3. Defendant pulled out a large rifle, immediately shooting at Plaintiff
multiple times.
4. Defendant shot and killed Plaintiff who was unarmed at the time.
JURISDICTION
5. This court has original jurisdiction over “all civil and criminal cases or
controversies." Rid. Const. art. 5, § 4.
6. Venue is proper in this court because the actions and omissions alleged in
this complaint took place in the State of Ridgeway.
PARTIES
7. Detachment_Result (“Plaintiff”) is an individual, resident, and citizen of the
State of Ridgeway.
8. chromefits (“Defendant”) is an individual, resident, and citizen of the State
of Ridgeway.

FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
Wrongful Death - 1 R. Stat. § 3109
9. All prior paragraphs within this complaint are incorporated as if they were
fully set forth herein.
10. Defendant, without cause or legal justification, intentionally and unlawfully
discharged a firearm at Plaintiff, causing immediate and fatal injuries. Defendant’s
actions constituted a violation of 1 R. Stat. § 3109 as the Defendant has caused the death
of another individual.
RELIEF
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that the court enter judgment in their favor and
against Defendant as follows:
a. Enjoining Defendant from approaching, assaulting, or killing Plaintiff;
b. Awarding compensatory damages to Plaintiff in an amount to be
determined at trial;
c. Awarding punitive damages to Plaintiff not to exceed the statutory limit;
d. Ordering Defendant to pay all court costs and fees incurred by Plaintiff in
the prosecution of this action;
e. Such further relief as the court deems just and proper.
