CIVIL ACTION
COMPLAINT
Plaintiff Detachment_Result (“Plaintiff”), without counsel, seeking all available
relief, in their complaint against Defendant SnekkyYT (“Defendant”), alleges the
following:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the 7th of July, 2025, Plaintiff was on shift as an RCU Corporate
Security guard, performing a routine pick up of cash from Tom’s Takeout in Palmer .
2. Plaintiff had arrived into the parking lot and was in the process of parking
when Defendant also arrived into the parking lot.
3. Defendant and the vehicle they were riding in abruptly stopped on the curb,
directly behind Plaintiff’s armoured truck.
4. Defendant exited the passenger seat, with a rifle and immediately shot
Plaintiff multiple times, resulting in their death.
5. Defendant then re-entered the vehicle, which drove away from Tom’s
Takeout.
JURISDICTION
6. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in
State, which are subject to the laws of the State of Ridgeway.
PARTIES
7. Detachment_Result (“Plaintiff”) is an individual, resident, and citizen of the
State of Ridgeway. Plaintiff is a Security Personnel in the RCU Corporate Security.
Plaintiff is suing in their individual capacity.

8. SnekkyYT (“Defendant”) is an individual and tourist to the State of
Ridgeway.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
Wrongful Death - 1 R. Stat. § 3109
9. All prior paragraphs within this complaint are incorporated as if they were
fully set forth herein.
10. Defendant did cause the death of Plaintiff without legal cause or
justification by shooting them repeatedly with a rifle.
RELIEF
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that the court enter judgment in their favor and
against Defendant as follows:
a. Declaring Defendant is liable for Wrongful Death
b. $5,000 in punitive and compensatory damages
c. Compensation for court filing fees
d. Such further relief as the court deems just and proper.
