Defendants, proceeding by and through the Solicitor General of Ridgeway, respectfully file
their Counterclaims to the Complaint pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 8(a).
FACTS
1. On June 30, 2025, in the Sterling Port, Counter-Defendant Thr33six8, using a
firearm, fired multiple shots at Counter-Plaintiffs CyerMazikeen, Valkytz, and HuxDownload.
2. One or more of the shots hit and seriously injured Valkytz.
3. The remaining Counter-Plaintiffs were not injured but were startled and reasonably
apprehended serious bodily injury.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
(Assault)
4. Counter-Plaintiffs repeat and realleges paragraphs 1-3 above.
5. On June 30, 2025, Counter-Defendant Thr33six8 fired multiple shots at Counter-
Plaintiffs making them reasonably apprehend a serious bodily injury to themselves.
6. WHEREFORE, Counter-Plaintiffs request a judgment totaling the amount awarded
against them in this action.
SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION
(Battery)
1. Counter-Plaintiff Valkytz repeats and realleges paragraphs 1-3 above.
2. On June 30, 2025, Counter-Defendant Thr33six8 fired multiple shots at, one or
more of which shots hit and seriously wounded, Valkytz.
3. WHEREFORE, Counter-Plaintiff Valkytz requests a judgment totaling the amount
awarded against them in this action.
