CRIMINAL INFORMATION
COMES NOW, MatthewSandringham, on behalf of the State of Ridgeway hereby allege and
charge the Defendant coldwither54 with the following offenses:
Count One: Aggravated Battery Class II - RCC § 3.09
Offence Type: FELONY
Alleged Conduct: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, near the Police Department in the City of
Palmer, the Defendant did knowingly and intentionally cause serious bodily injuries to a civil service
employee, to wit: the Defendant did feloniously shoot Trooper_Novich with a Barrage 1014 shotgun
thereby causing serious bodily injuries, with knowledge that Trooper_Novich was an RDOT Employee.
Count Two: Aggravated Battery Class II - RCC § 3.09
Offence Type: FELONY
Alleged Conduct: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, near the Police Department in the City of
Palmer, the Defendant did knowingly and intentionally cause serious bodily injuries to a civil service
employee, to wit: the Defendant did feloniously shoot apenfun with a Barrage 1014 shotgun thereby
causing serious bodily injuries, with the knowledge that aspenfun was an RDOT employee.
Count Three: Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm - RCC § 5.05
Offence Type: MISDEMEANOUR
Alleged Conduct: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, near the Police Department in the City of
Palmer, the Defendant did discharge a Barrage 1014 shotgun while within the City Limits of Palmer, and
without legal reason nor justification to do so.
Count Four: Obstruction of Transit Authority Personnel- RCC § 6.05(d)
Offence Type: MISDEMEANOUR
Alleged Conduct: On or about the 26th of April, 2026, near the Power Station in the City of Palmer, the
Defendant did intentionally interfere with the operations of an RDOT Lancaster Tow Truck, to wit: the
Defendant unlawfully and knowingly rammed their vehicle into a tow truck driven by aspenfun while
that tow truck was towing two vehicles before shooting at aspenfun, causing them to become obstructed
in the performance of their duties.
